第十八届FIRST青年电影盛典2024
2024年，Lydia 作为官方全程志愿者进入盛典组，并担任盛典组组长。她带领约20人的团队高效完成了 4000 余份嘉宾与观众票务的整理、分装与流转管理；负责部分颁奖典礼稿件的撰写；并对接人协调青海大剧院场地方、导演组与技术团队，保障彩排与正式演出的顺利衔接。
盛典当天，Lydia 统筹近百名志愿者的岗位调度与流程交接，确保各环节精准落地。同时，她负责红毯执行，管理所有电影人与嘉宾的入场与走红毯动线，收获组委会称赞。
这一经历使她在大型文化活动的组织、现场管理与跨部门协作方面积累了丰富经验，也更加深入理解了电影节的运行机制与现场执行逻辑。
