这场颂钵疗愈工作坊，是Lydia为她的毕业作品所进行的一次现场实验。她希望在最终演出中融入音疗师的现场演奏，于是以此为契机，探索疗愈性乐器在剧场空间中的共鸣与能量流动。

Lydia邀请了台湾音疗师Kuo Wu与韩国视觉艺术家Hyoungwoo Cho，共同在中央圣马丁的Studio Theatre策划了这场即兴性质的疗愈实验。整个过程没有繁复的前期设计，也没有既定的框架——只是一通电话、一个约定的时间与空间，便成为合作的起点。乐器的选择、视觉的氛围、以及工作坊的展开方式，皆取决于三位艺术家们各自的选择；在工作坊中见面后，他们顺应当下的能量与感知自然生长，由Lydia带领呼吸冥想，渐渐加入Kuo的敲奏，在Hyoungwoo设计的庄严投影艺术之下，我们与十几位参与者共同度过了时空与自我边界模糊的一个小时，宛如一场以呼吸、频率与存在为线索的临场对话。

This workshop was conceived as part of Lydia’s experimental process for her degree show. Seeking to integrate live sound healing into her final work, Lydia used this session to explore how vibration and resonance interact within a theatrical space.

Collaborating with sound healer Kuo Wu and visual artist Hyoungwoo Cho, she curated this intimate and improvised gathering at the Studio Theatre of Central Saint Martins in London. There was no elaborate planning or fixed structure—only a spontaneous phone call that set time and place. From the choice of instruments to the visual atmosphere and flow of the session, everything emerged organically, guided by the energy of the moment—a living dialogue woven through breath, frequency, and presence.
